Our Return Policy
The Small Print
For sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.
All sales are final. Questions regarding refunds or returns can be submitted to support@nicoleminks.com.
Customer satisfaction is #1 to us and we want all customers to be happy with our merchandise. Exchanges can be made for items that are damaged, defective or unopened. The exchange request must be reported within 2 days of receiving the goods. Exchange requests can be sent to support@nicoleminks.com. Please include your name and order number in the body of the email with the reason for the exchange.
We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
