• 3-4 Month Rule: Time to ditch those extensions? Get a fresh set every 3-4 months for your lash's best life and style!

• Satisfaction Guarantee: Not loving your lashes within 48 hours? Give us a shout! We’ll work our magic to fix it, but no refunds here, darling.

• Guest Limit: Our cozy spot means no plus-ones, so please leave your entourage at home.

• Deposit Delight: A 50% deposit locks in your appointment! Want to change plans? Just let us know 24 hours in advance, or that deposit is a goner!

• Late Arrival: Running late? Give us a heads-up! You’ve got a 10-minute grace period, but after that, we might have to charge you $25 if we can still fit you in.

• Retouch Rules: Come with at least half your lash extensions still hanging on—otherwise, it’s a full set appointment!
